Kodai vizha took place on the month of sep 06.But the decorations on the temples front view is really worth enjoying.The artisana also from Tachanalur who is called Pandal moopanars their hands are very set on decorations of marriage parties,temple festivals and vvip visits .Their arches on the road side when welcoming the political leaders are fally worth seeing and enjoying.This temple outer decorations are a simple examples of their handiworks.Hudossssssssss Pandal Moopanarsssssssss and their handi and noble works on holy temples,churchs and mosques

On 24 Sep 06 the great missions to Panchaboothams temple tours were arranged and organized in a better way for the good Darshanams and comfortable sight seeing too.We reached to sankaran koil at 0615 hrs and enters into the great temple of SNAKE  exposed by erstwhile british rulers.During their rule of our India they have done many mistakes and killed many hundreds of innocents on the name of mutiny against their British rules.

One among the initial stages of INDIAN freedom fightings begins with at the year of 1741 at UKKIRAN KOTTAI.  The Great PULI DEVAN was against the emperors ruling India and also he was fighting and or evoking peoples against British Rulers.So the british once send their troops to kill or capture the KING OF UKKIRAN KOTTAI Mr.PULIDEVAN.Enormous troops were surrounded his fort of Ukkiran kottai but the great Pulidevan fought valiantly against the british troops by riding his white horse and  he has killed many british soldiers and droves them back and captured many  and few of them were surrendered to him.

The british lost the war against him on the first event.How ever they have grudge against him and planned and motivated a local lad to help them to  be capturd live or dead  to the british for the huge amount.So the influenced lad was called the king to the place of worship and by this time the british troops were surrounded him and he was unarmed,  so they could capture him and tied his legs and hands with strong metal chains to avoid escape from their custody, and also they kept him in a metal gauge  and also with heavy guarding by many British soldiers.

Atlast British gave them the punishment as hang him until his death on the crime of MUTINY against british rulers and as the last wish by PULIDEVAN  and also last wishes of the Dying soldier they have asked him what you wants  to see or say. He also said i must pray to Goddess GOMATHI AMBAL of Sankaran koil.As per his last wishes he has been brought inside the Temple with chain and allowed freely 2 pray.While he was praying he was so much anguished on the Devi of Gomathi ambal as ammaaaa u gave waters to many,few were so sweet and many were so savours in taste and humans behaviours in the land Bravery amma how u have produced a coward to hands over me to the britishers and so onnnnnnn.By this time a great lightning took place and the MAAVEERAN PULIDEVANNNNNN was disappears  from the spot left behind his log and metal chains only.

As he escaped from the Rude rulers of British or disappeared and reaches to the heavenly abode.His souls might have reached to the simmering foots of Goddess Goamthai ambal only.And this story in detail is explained on his statue in a metal cage inside the Goddess Gomathi ambal temple in Sankaran koil.And every one can read and understands and appreciates his devotions to Goddess Gomathi Ambal of Sankaran koil.Hence author requests all viewers and readers may visit once to this temple and get blessed by the goddess Gomathi ambal at sankaran koil.Pulidevans statue and write ups in original will be displayed in this site on and or after 01 Oct 06.

The great baktha vazhipattu kuzhu organizes the trips to Pancha Bootham  spots  at Tirunelveli and surroundings/Rajapalayam and surroundings to vist various temples to pray,the famous Pancha boothams of LAND ( NILAM ),WATER( NEER),FIRE (NERUPPU),Air (KATTRU),and also the SKY ( AAHAYAM) ON 24 Sept 2006.

The devottees were all assembled at the venue of starting place at Tirunelveli-Town ,Bharathiyar Street at 0330 hrs itself. Men,women,childrens,kiddys,infants,and many young men and womens were at the spot with neatly dressed and Applied lord shiva’s VIBOOTHI on their fore heads.And the elders carried many books on Pancha boothams and its values, and the youngsters with their merry making cameras,and infants with their sweet and simmering cries in the mornings near the wonderful, DVD sound palyers  fitted 60 seaters  very comfortable cushioned seats of very lavish bus.

What a beautiful sceneries while entering inside the bus and to occupy the allottes seats.How ever late comers also arrives with lot of excuses and the  bus carrying the devotees started with Thengai Vidalai to the Near by Pillaiyar for the safe and sound journey.Exactly  at 0515 hrs the Ratham carries the devotees with their  loud and clear voice as NAMA PARVATHY PATHEYEEEEEE……ARAHARA  MAHA DEVAAAAAAAAAAA,,,,,,, started their journey to the place of Land is called SANKARAN KOIL and reached there at 0615 hrs.

At the Sankaran koil these  devotees were welcomed by Mr.Pattamuthu and party and received them as a guest of honours to their residence  near to the temple.Inside the temples the devotees sang many songs from Agasthyar thirattu a book released by the organizers.Every one sang the devotional songs with their might and felt the real rain god blessed with  drop of rains of SAIVA NERI songs and the whole house and surrounding were filled up with the power of blessings and reign of enchantments towards the heavenly   abode.And the elders gave wonderful lectures on the purpose of this trips to Pancha bootham temples,history behind each temple along with lot of support from the Thirumurai.

And at 0630 hrs the devotees were offerd with atheir favourite Coffee with urd dal vadas
 for  morale boast and continue to sing and songs at the Land of Sankaran koil infront of God Sankra lingam, and goddess Gomathi ambal. The retired Col S.Victor was on podium with lot of gen abiout ECHS and poly clinic.His konjum Tamil and fluency in english kept the ex-servicemen and their wards pin drop silence throuout his speech.He has introduced the His staffs at his clinic,Dr.S.Shunmugam MD,DR.Smt Laksmi M.B.B.S:D.G.O and also a dentist along with all equipments an also stated the detailed treatments and the cost involved in many lakhs and nearing to crore or so.And the medicines cost,the equipments such as scan,ECG.X-Ray equipments and the facilities of a good laboratory and stocks and piles of medicines if not available it is being procured locally and distributed toe members at all times.And the working hours and appointments confirmations and availabilities were explained to hem in so nice manners to the members.And also he has the feelings abt the peoples who are yet 2 joins in ECHS of Tirunelveli.Out of 7200 ex servive men only 700 are the real members of the ECHS.And also the restrictions beyond 2008 to joins in this scheme.Nice delivery.Every members were carried lot of messages and informations.Thanx lot to the so called lectures on ECHS.And also thanx lot To MrCol.S Victor for his valuable advises to its members.HUDOSSSSSSSSS!!!!

COL.PK.NIYOGI OF ECHS TVM ON PODIUM

The honourable Colonel PK Niyogi Officer i/c ECHS at Station Head Quarters ,Trivandrum on podium to speak to ex-servicemen and their families in the Fifth Anniversary of Ex-servicemen welfare Association on 17 Sep 06 at Tirunelveli-Palayamkottai at KRR Kalyana mandfapam.The hall was jam packed with ex-servicemen,their families and kith and kins.And the meetings started exactly at 1000 hrs with Tamizh thai vazhthu,and mourning for those bereaved members and started with pomp and gaity.The colonel started with English in the begins and switched over to Hindi till ends.How ever few family only could understood his speech because of the language and those families of Armymen were not known and or not learnt Hindi Atleast a interpreter should have been arranged to reach to the bottom of the ranks and visions.How ever he gave many detailed instructions on ECHS and possibility of getting online helpline service and also E-medicines at an early date for the Ex-service men and families..And also exemptions fro the propert tax case was taken up in the center and he has humbly sought for theex-servicemn in 100% to joins in ECHS and avail the facilities extended to them.And also his speech was over all applauded and public was in joy and good moods to accept his requests.And also the autor requests the autohrities to organize this type of meetings and lectures n around villages and far off places to meets the needy ex-servicemen and their families.
